Our Story
Factire was founded in 2023 by a small group of e-commerce store owners who were frustrated by the complexity of managing multiple disjointed storefronts. Navigating between five separate sales platforms, double-importing products, and dealing with delayed inventory tickers was a constant recipe for stockouts.
We built the first prototype of Factire as a simple internal script to sync stock levels. Recognizing that hundreds of thousands of retail managers faced the exact same issues, we scaled the tool into the comprehensive enterprise platform it is today, securing backing from Y Combinator and empowering over 12,000 active shop teams.
